This is precisely what I thought for a long time. I should note, that the combination of the great knives in addition to the wire cutter really helped us cut cheese more rapidly and efficiently. We also utilize the board to serve cheese on and we're always getting asked about it! My friends absolutely love it.
After all this, I'd certainly purchase another one of these if faced with the chance. I can't believe that we went so long without one, thinking that our regular board would do it fine.
