which is better rechargeable batteries or regular batteries for a sony camera?

i bought a sony camera which comes with it’s own rechargeable batteries , it’s not Double a batteries , it’s only a batterie that fits into that camera so i cannot purchase regular fully charge bateries, so my question is should i have purchased a camera which i can buy fully disposible batteries or is this camera with only rechargeable batteries will be ok and not run out quickly?
